My coaching style
My role as your coach is to listen deeply to what you bring forth and help guide you in the direction you want to go.
Many of us (whether there’s ADHD present or not) feel overwhelmed, distracted, misunderstood, alone and often have trouble getting started on important tasks. I will help you normalize these negative and confusing experiences so you can springboard forward rather than getting weighted down by them. Together, we will uncover your strengths, aspirations and interests. Eventually you will emerge with the confidence and enthusiasm to level up in your relationships, your career, as an advocate for your children or parents, or wherever else you may feel stuck. Through our work together, you will become familiar with tools, resources, and systems that will help you (and your family) in a very concrete and profound way.
